To request a refund or exchange, please submit this form.
If your product arrived damaged you have within 7 days of receiving your product for an exchange or refund request. (*Note you will be asked to submit 2 photos of the damaged product)
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your noise canceling earplugs, submit this form within 30 days of receiving your product for a refund only. (*Note you will need to return the undamaged product to us. Buyer is responsible for the shipping)
All refunds will be returned to the original mode of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to hit your account.
